T-D Student Ambassadors to Japan
Japanese Language Classes

Dear T-D Family,

I know you are reading this as I search for condors in the Andes. There’s just too much happening not to share it with you.

Throughout the years, T-D’s student exchange program has created lifelong memories for our young ambassadors. The one country with the best “vibe” and feedback is Japan so, once again, T-D will pursue the Rising Sun. T-D ambassadors will depart for Japan four or five days after commencement and return on July 3rd.

Last year’s Japanese language classes taught by Hiroko Muchinicki were so well received that I am extending the amount of time students can prepare for our travel-study trek to Japan.

Hiroko’s classes will begin in late April and end June 6. All her lessons will be taught from 3:15-5:00 PM. The first two classes are Tuesday, April 25 and Wednesday, April 26. The 24 hours of instruction requires a $200 charge. The classes are open to all students in grades 6-12 and parents. If you wish to attend, you may contact me directly at headmaster@td.edu.

Traveling to Japan will cost $1750. Note that all meals and activities for the two weeks comes at no additional cost.

I will be traveling with the group once again. Please respond as soon as possible so we can get everything in place for the trip.
