Dr. Benoit Van Lesberghe, born in Belgium, has a B.A. in Theology, from the Continental Theological Seminary in Brussels. Benoit has a M.A. in Language Studies from Kent University, UK and a PhD in Philology Roman from La Sorbonne, Paris - France.
Benoit has taught for the Belgium School system for 7 years. He was an exchange teacher in West Africa for 3 years. For over 20 years, he has called Thornton Donovan School his home.
Trained to teach Math and Science for grades 5th through 9th, Benoit has covered a plethora of subjects, not limited to but including American History, Architecture, Video and Photo editing, Culinary Art and more.
Benoit has a desire to seek the strength in everyone around him and allow them to grow, flourish and become a more productive member of their environment.
Benoit is married to Heather and together they have 6 children and 10 grand-children.
Heather, born in Birmingham England, is also an educator with over 30 years of early education experience.
