Scholarships
Thornton-Donovan School Scholarships.
Scholarships for High-Achieving New Students! Scholarships are available to new students applying to Thornton-Donovan School for entry in September.
Scholarships for academic excellence in specific subjects, as well as targeting particular skills or interests, are available for students entering the Lower (1-5), Middle (6-8), and Upper (9-12) grades.
Each student can apply for ONLY one scholarship and must submit a letter of reference from an adult (non-family member) from the community or their current school. Students must also visit Thornton-Donovan School (on a date determined by the Director of admissions) for an in-person interview or exam.
The headmaster will finally determine scholarships and announce them within a week of receiving the application. Like applications, scholarships are granted on a rolling, first-come-first-served basis.
